Fiveight’s OneNinety precinct will become home to the new R.M.Williams Perth flagship, bringing a first-of-its-kind concept store to St George’s Terrace with a selection of carefully-curated products, services and experiences.
The partnership comes as OneNinety enters the final phases of its redevelopment, which upon completion will feature 12-storeys of boutique commercial space that seamlessly blends concept, commercial, cuisine, creativity and community.
Head of Fiveight John Meredith said the arrival of R.M.Williams at OneNinety reimagines the relationship between retail and office spaces, delivering a breath of fresh air to the Terrace.
“Fiveight’s partnership with R.M.Williams is a deliberate fusion of boutique real estate and a timeless signature style, transforming our OneNinety property to deliver a unique integrated building experience with an iconic Australian brand,” Mr Meredith said.
“The new OneNinety precinct challenges the means of traditional office redevelopments. We are bringing not only the first R.M.Williams flagship, but a range of premium amenity for our tenants and the broader business community to enjoy.”
OneNinety’s A-grade tower features 9,000sqm of floor space across 12-storeys. The precinct’s transformation promises a unique experience that reimagines the modern workplace, with a range of office spaces from sub-200sqm to 890sqm on offer to tenants.
R.M.Williams Chief Executive Officer Paul Grossman said the store represented a new future in craftmanship, innovation and sustainability.

The 142sqm store will be the first R.M.Williams flagship to feature an apparel room and a leather room, and the first designed by renowned retail environment innovator, Anthony Hoffman.
Originally developed in 1982 by legendary British entrepreneur Lord Alistair McAlpine and located on the northern side on The Terrace, OneNinety adjoins the heritage-listed Cloisters.
Perth’s flagship R.M.Williams at OneNinety will open in August 2023 and feature R.M.Williams’ SS24 collection.
