A beachfront icon, Fiveight’s vision for Indiana Tea House site is to create a vibrant, accessible and world-class destination for the people of Perth and anyone who visits Cottesloe Beach. Our vision includes a new multi-level terraced design featuring a boutique hotel, new restaurants, cafés and family-friendly kiosks, a promenade and covered public plaza, plus a multi-million-dollar upgrade for the Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club.

Located on 10 Henderson Street, our vision is to reinvigorate the heart of Fremantle with a premium landmark hotel on the site of the former 1970’s Spicers Building. Carefully designed to sit comfortably alongside Fremantle’s historic architecture and existing public spaces, our proposal will see the 2,834sqm site transformed from its current use as a carpark, to a multi-storey boutique hotel with a range of facilities.

In 2022, invested in the 260ha greenfield coastal site in Binningup, a coastal town located on the edge of Western Australia’s iconic South West. Our vision is to create a socially connected community for future residents, while bolstering amenity, infrastructure and lifestyle opportunities for those who already call Binningup home.
Though this project has a long horizon, we are committed to working closely with residents and community organisations to develop a sustainable, long-term plan for the site, one that creates a vibrant new place in which to live, work and play.

Fiveight welcomed One Circular Quay to its portfolio of iconic Australian assets in 2023. Located in the heart of Perth’s CBD at 190 St George’s Terrace, Fiveight transformed the 12-story CBD building into a mixed-use tower designed to connect forward-thinking businesses through a collection of modern, hybrid spaces. The Swan (Old Swan Brewery) is one of Perth’s most iconic sites, transformed into a mixed-use precinct that boasts residential apartments, offices, a restaurant, function centre and commercial car park. Fiveight acquired the head lease, including ownership of the commercial space and commercial car park, in 2019, and our project team then coordinated an extensive refit of the offices within the building.
