The A-grade tower has more than 9,000sqm of lettable floor space, which will be divided into a range of rentable office sizes from sub-200sqm to 890sqm.
OneNinety will also feature shared spaces for collaboration and socialising as part of our strategy to transform the traditional corporate office into a vibrant place in which to meet and work.
The building was developed originally in 1982 by Lord Alistair McAlpine. We entered into an agreement to purchase it in November 2021.
